Heading into the 2026 season, there are some quality big men who will be crucial to their respective team’s success.

Lucas Rhoa
High School: Orange Lutheran
Commitment: Texas
Breakdown: Lucas Rhoa earned All-Trinity League honors last season and was very impressive at the Under Armour Next Camp in April. He is one of the best pass blockers in the state and plays with an edge to him while run blocking. Rhoa has a great initial punch and has natural strength with a college-level frame.
Avery Michael
High School: Turlock
Commitment: Oregon
Breakdown: Avery Michael is a prototypical tackle prospect who has excellent footwork and balance. He has a natural bend to his game and can stay engaged throughout the block in the run game while being a violent finisher. Michael knows how to use his length to keep defenders at a distance as a pass blocker and is very athletic for someone as big as he is.
Lincoln Mageo
High School: Oceanside
Commitment: Michigan
Breakdown: Lincoln Mageo is the top interior offensive line prospect in the state and is a good athlete that can block in space. He plays some tackle for Oceanside as well and does a great job getting to the outside of the defender on outside run plays and has the strength to finish blocks down the field. Mageo led an Oceanside offensive line that helped the Pirates run for 154 yards per game with 18 touchdowns last season.
Lex Mailangi
High School: Mater Dei
Commitment: Oregon
Breakdown: Lex Mailangi has been a top offensive lineman in Orange County since his sophomore year and is one of the strongest linemen in the class. He’s impossible to drive back at his size and was a MVP at the Under Armour Next Camp this April. His feet are quick and he moves well for someone who is over 340 pounds and will be crucial to Mater Dei’s offensive success this season.
Drew Fielder
High School: Servite
Commitment: USC
Breakdown: Drew Fielder moved from tight end to tackle prior to last season and picked up the position very quickly. He has added some significant size this past offseason and colleges fell in love with his frame and upside. Fielder is one of the better athletes at tackle in the state and is an aggressive finisher in the run game. He was initially committed to Oregon but flipped to USC in March.
Lincoln Fa’alafi
High School: JSerra
Top Offers: USC, Notre Dame, Ohio State, LSU
Breakdown: Lincoln Fa’alafi was the breakout star of the day at the Under Armour Next Camp and earned an invitation to the All-American game. He was at Bishop Montgomery last year and when the program was suspended, it ended his junior season. Fa’alafi is a good athlete who also plays basketball at JSerra and is one of the top overall prospects in the 2028 class.
Amaziah Siale
High School: Mission Viejo
Commitment: LSU
Breakdown: Amaziah Siale was a big stock riser this offseason and stands out when you see him among a crowd of other offensive linemen. He committed to Cal in early June and flipped to LSU shortly after. Siale missed his junior season but had a strong offseason and moves well.
Austin Attalah
High School: Orange Lutheran
Top Offers: Texas Tech, Texas, USC
Breakdown: Austin Attalah recently transferred to Orange Lutheran from Cajon where he was the top offensive lineman in the Inland Empire. He’s a lengthy tackle to play on the other side of Rhoa and has the quick feet to keep up with speedy edge rushers in pass protection. Attalah knows how to use his length to keep defenders away from him and can drive guys up the field.
Jackson Hill
High School: Chaminade
Commitment: Notre Dame
Breakdown: Jackson Hill committed to UCLA earlier this offseason but flipped to Notre Dame. He led a Chaminade offensive line that helped the team run for 2,064 yards with 28 touchdowns last season. Hill is a good bender who is one of the better run blocking tackles in the state and has an excellent motor.
Elisha Mueller
High School: St. John Bosco
Top Offers: Ohio State, LSU, Texas A&M, USC
Breakdown: Elisha Mueller is one of the top class of 2028 offensive linemen in the state and transferred from Servite to St. John Bosco this offseason. He has earned All-Trinity League honors his freshman and sophomore year and is one of the more powerful run blockers in the class. Mueller has good short-area quickness for an offensive lineman and takes good angles to the second level.
