The Elite 11 Finals wrapped up with a 7-on-7 competition to close out the 2026 version of the event with several high-level performances.

The 2026 edition of the Elite 11 Finals is in the books after the event wrapped up Sunday with a 7-on-7 competition. All 20 competitors took the field with high schools teams from around Southern California looking to close out the competition on a high note.

Day 3’s competition is one of the most difficult to judge because of the unfamiliarity with the receivers, and the small sample size. However, there are still ways the players are able to showcase their skills.

Breaking Down The Top Performers On Day 3 At The Elite 11 Finals

Here is a rundown of the top performers from Sunday’s 7-on-7 competition at the Elite 11 Finals.

1. Trae Taylor III (Millard South – Nebraska)

There were not many misses for the leading MVP candidate during Sunday’s 7-on-7 competition. Taylor shined from start to finish and tied for the lead with 7 touchdown passes on the day. The 6-foot-3, 199-pound prospect was ultra aggressive in his approach and fired passes left and right. On a day when most of the quarterbacks opted to play it safe, Taylor was not afraid to air it out and push the ball down the field. His accuracy shined throughout the day, and he only had a handful of incompletions during his session. The Nebraska commit will head to The Opening as the favorite to win the Elite 11 MVP award.

2. Ryan Rakowski (Palos Verdes – California)

It is difficult to imagine a player boosting his stock more than than Rakowski this weekend. He was the most consistent performer each of the three days. The Palos Verdes High School (California) standout won the rail-shot challenge on the first night and followed that up with a strong showing during his Pro Day session on Day 2. Rakaowski is one of the top 7-on-7 performers in the 2027 recruiting class, so it was no surprise to see his dominant performance Sunday. Like Taylor, Rakowski rarely was off target through the 7-on-7 session and tied with the Nebraska commit for the most touchdown passes. Rakowski throws with velocity and is as accurate as you’ll find, and that showed itself again Sunday.

3. Israel “Izzy” Abrams (Montini Catholic – Illinois)

There were moments throughout the weekend when Abrams looked more like a baseball pitcher than a quarterback with his velocity. Sunday, the Miami commit had his fastball working. There is an energy about the Illinois native that shines through when he’s on the field, and he brought that to the 7-on-7 competition. Abrams used his ability to push the ball down the field to make big plays. He exudes confidence, and he was on target throughout the session to cap an impressive weekend in LA.

4. Peter Bourque (Tabor Academy – Massachusetts)

If there is someone who could challenge Taylor for the Elite 11 MVP, we would keep an eye on Bourque. The Virginia Tech commit was impressive in every facet of the three-day camp, and he rose to the occasion every time. Saturday, he shined with his sweep of the two competitions. Bourque won the accuracy competition and the Pro Day portion of the event. His impressive ability to rip passes but also display touch when needed helped him total 7 touchdowns on Sunday.

5. Peyton Houston (Evangel Christian – Louisiana)

The LSU commit is going to be part of the MVP conversation heading to The Opening. Houston is calm and collected, and that was on display all three days in Los Angeles. He battled Bourque in a throw off to decide the Day 2 champ, and he followed that up with a strong showing in the 7-on-7 competition Sunday. Houston was one of the best at reading the defense during Sunday’s competition. He made plenty of impressive reads and delivered passes only where his receivers could make catches. There is an effortless quality to his mechanics that don’t take away from his velocity. Houston fit the ball into tight windows and took some chances that could have gone awry for other QBs. Instead, he only ended up with a couple incompletions.

6. Kamden Lopati (West – Utah)

At times over the three days the Michigan commit was a bit lost in the shuffle, but that was not the case Sunday. Lopati threw the ball with a ton of confidence, and was one of the players willing to push the ball down the field. He did a good job of picking and choosing his spots en route to a 5-touchdown performance in the 7-on-7 competition. Lopati showcased impressive touch on short and intermediate passes on Sunday.

7. Brady Edmunds (Huntington Beach – California)

The big Huntington Beach standout put together a strong showing over the course of the three days in Los Angeles. Edmunds has as big of an arm as anyone in the competition, and he showcased that on numerous occasions. There were some moments Sunday when his teammates let him down with drops, but the ability to drive the ball down the field and fit it into tight windows was on display. He has impressive arm strength and did a nice job showing patience when surveying the field.

8. Elijah Haven (Dunham – Louisiana)

The Alabama commit is someone we liked watching throughout the three-day event. There is no other player who attended the competition who looks more like a college player already than the Louisiana native. His skillset has needed to catch up to his frame, but Haven impressed with his abilities to fit the ball into tight windows. That was especially visible on throws up the sideline. Haven displayed a ton of patience and didn’t rush any of his throws. He was arguably the most efficient quarterback on Sunday and looked completely comfortable.

9. Kharim Hughley (Gainesville – Georgia)

We have already discussed how much Hughley doesn’t quite fit the profile of the other top quarterbacks in his class. Still, his unique frame doesn’t keep him from doing all the things he needs to do to make elite throws. Like others on the list, he is capable of firing passes at a high velocity. Hughley has the build of a running back or linebacker but the ball jumps out of his hand. The Clemson commit logged 5 touchdowns during Sunday’s competition, and he showcased a ton of confidence.

10. Trent Seaborn (Thompson – Alabama)

The longtime Alabama commit is a bit more of a lowkey prospect. The Alabama native has plenty of experience as a multiyear starter at the varsity level. He acts like he has been there before and the moment doesn’t seem too big. Seaborn performed well Saturday, and looked even better during the 7-on-7 competition Sunday. He was efficient and only had a pair of incompletions during the competition. Seaborn can really sling it and he fit the ball into several tight windows on the last day of action at the Elite 11 Finals.
