October 17, 2025 – In a non-league matchup the #1 Spruce Creek took on Seminole. Spruce Creek came into this game undefeated.
The usual high scoring affair from both teams was non existent in the first half. With a score of 9-3 going into the second half and no scores in the first quarter by either team this set the tone of a low scoring and tough game.
Seminole scored their only touchdown in regulation late in the game to force overtime where they were the lone team to score a touchdown.
PJ Miller finished with only 47 yards through the air on 4-16 attempts and 23 yards on the ground. J’Len Chaplin threw for 130 yards on 13-20 attempts and teammate Anthony Gay III ran for 100 yards on 13 carries with 1 touchdown.
