Dominant Night: Caden Jones Drops 5 TDs, 322 Yds as Crean Lutheran Extends Win Streak!

 

October 17, 2025 – Crean Lutheran got their revenge on a 2024 loss to La Habra on homecoming night last Friday. The Saints scored 2 touchdowns in the first quarter and finished the half with 28 points. La Habra scored 2 touchdowns in the second quarter to put the first half deficit at 28-14.

Crean had to overcome several holding calls in the game. On one drive 2 touchdowns were called back due to 5 holding calls. They eventually scored.

Crean was led by dual sport athlete Caden Jones who threw (19-22) for 322 yards and 5 touchdowns. Caleb Bay ran for 116 yards and 2 touchdowns on only 12 carries. Jones spread the ball around a bit hitting 4 different targets.

Senior Bryce Coleman led the way with 7 catches for 129 yards and 2 touchdowns followed by junior Ty Johnson who had 5 catches for 115 yards and 2 touchdowns. Crean moves on to play their toughest opponent yet, Huntington Beach, for the league championship this Friday.
