The Whitney Wildcats traveled to Folsom on October 9 for a conference showdown against the Bulldogs, falling 49–25 in a hard-fought battle.
One of the biggest storylines of the night was Rob Larson’s return from injury! Back on the field, Larson made an immediate impact, becoming a key part of the Bulldogs’ offense as they moved the ball up and down the field.
Quarterback Brody Rudnicki was clearly happy to have his weapon back, and the connection between the two gave Folsom a major boost. But the Wildcats weren’t going down without a fight. Whitney quarterbacks Bradley Duncan and Easton Tarble battled throughout the night, keeping the pressure on Folsom and giving the Bulldogs plenty to handle.
