Super Bowl LX FULL Game Log: Seahawks 29, Patriots 13

Keep track of all the Super Bowl LX action in Santa Clara, where the New England Patriots battle the Seattle Seahawks.

A fray by the Bay will cap off the 2025-26 NFL season.

Super Bowl LX is set to be staged at Levi’s Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers, in Santa Clara on Sunday night: the two participants are looking to complete instant renovations, as the AFC’s New England Patriots will take on the Seattle Seahawks.

New England, winners of the AFC East, has reached the Super Bowl for the 12th time to extend its record in appearances. It will now look to break a tie for most wins in the game, a record it currently shares with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Armed with the services of young franchise quarterback Drake Maye and defensive headliner Christian Gonzalez, the Mike Vrabel-led Patriots defeated the Los Angeles Chargers and Houston Texans at home in the playoffs before downing the Denver Broncos in the AFC title game.

Seattle, on the other hand, is in its fourth Super Bowl and seeking to win its second after winning both the NFC and its elite West division. Like his predecessor, head coach Mike Macdonald banked on strong defensive help, as well as a fiery offense led by the Sam Darnold-Jaxon Smith-Njigba connection. Seattle had a first-round bye and took down its divisional competition en route to the Super Bowl: it demolished San Francisco in the Divisional round before surviving a tight one against the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC finale.

This will be the second Super meeting between the Patriots and Seahawks, who previously did battle in the 49th edition back in 2015. New England won that game by a 28-24 final in comeback fashion, earning the triumph on Tom Brady touchdown tosses to Danny Amendola and Julian Edelman. The game is best-remembered for Seattle’s fatal mistake on a would-be game winning drive, which saw the Seahawks eschew a handoff to Marshawn Lynx in favor of a Russell Wilson pass that was intercepted by Malcolm Butler.
