October 25, 2025 – The Oakdale Mustangs have been on a roll this season. Lead by RB Wes Burford. who averages 228yds per game, tallied 139 yards & 3 touchdowns on the night. He wasn’t alone, Sr. Chase Lopez served as the Lightning to Burfords thunder racking up over 100 yards rushing on the night.
On defense the defensive side… you guessed it… Wes Burford. The senior was everywhere on the field with an interception early in the first quarter. But he was not alone on the shut-down effort, Junior Peyton Wallace had a handful of touchdown saving tackles and a huge interception in the 2nd half to seal the deal against the Timberwolves.
